Growing up surrounded by the rich smells coming from my mom and grandmother's Puerto Rican kitchen, I learned early on that a shared meal is one of life’s greatest pleasures. Some of the best memories I have are rooted around the family coming together to create the traditional staples of arroz con gandules (rice & peas), pernil (roasted pork), and pasteles (a version of tamales).

My goal is to recreate that feeling of warmth and community, while bringing exquisite flavor to each and every event.
